The room was nicely decorated with a lovely view of the mountains from the garden and balcony, it had everything I needed.

The service was first-class, nothing too much trouble, it was just what we needed. Got newly renovated room with a comfortable bed.

No or poor Wifi connexion, which is anormal for kind of hotel when business trip. The fitness club is not well equiped

The breakfast here is amazing with plenty of delicious gluten-free choices; the location is fantastic for exploring Kloof Street on foot.

What a very nice stay, no complaint. 1st class traditional hotel, spectacular views of the mountain and the gardens. Sumptuous and large breakfast — a wide range of meals. Efficient check-in and late check-out, responsive staff. Very good customer service.

We have stayed before and it never fails to impress. This time we were upgraded to a suite, which was spacious and luxurious. The staff are always friendly and helpful without being familiar, and you feel you can always ask for something without putting anyone out! The food in the Planet Restaurant was delicious, added to which the price was incredibly affordable. We love the fact that nearly every member of staff addressed us by name - a credit to those who train them and employ them. We will be back.

Not a complaint, just an observation. It would be pleasing to have a hospitality tray in teh room, for that early morning cuppa!

The whole experience was really really nice. We appreciated the very knowledgeable staff and luxurious room. Booked a room with a spectacular view of Table Mountain. the location was incredible and wonderful in the Concierge area. the service offered was great. Would definitely recommend.

The recently renovated rooms with balconies offer top-notch service, and the hotel is conveniently located close to the beach.

Located in central Cape Town, our stay at this hotel was a delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by Lorraine, Godfrey, Victoria, and the whole team. The room was nicely appointed with a spacious bathroom and all the necessary facilities. The service throughout our stay was exceptional, from the attentive staff to the delicious breakfast served at the restaurant overlooking the pool. We also enjoyed the beautiful landscaping and the option of two pools. Much to applaud them for, but one episode stands out after some really great food, it was the perfect end to our week in Cape Town.

The only downside was the slow service at times, particularly when it came to ordering drinks and requesting additional amenities for the room.
